摘  要:目的:探讨板蓝根颗粒联合维生素C预防小儿呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选取2009年2月至2011年2月在我院出生的健康婴儿68例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组给予板蓝根颗粒和维生素C共同预防小儿呼吸道感染,对照组仅采用维生素C预防,比较两组小儿一年内发生呼吸道感染的情况。结果:治疗组的呼吸道感染患者共20例,占总例数的58.82%,对照组的呼吸道感染患者共29例,占总例数的85.29%,两组比较具有显著性差异,P<0.05;治疗组的呼吸道感染次数≥3次共7例,占20.59%,显著低于对照组11例(32.35%),P<0.05。结论:采用板蓝根颗粒和维生素C联合预防小儿呼吸道感染,显著降低小儿呼吸道感染率和感染次数,效果明显。Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Banlangen combined with vitamin C in preventing respiratory tract infection in children.Methods: 68 cases with health of babies born in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2011 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group was of 34 cases.The treatment group was received Banlangen particles and vitamin C to prevent respiratory tract infections in children,and the control group was only with vitamin C.The respiratory tract infections in children within a year were compared.Results: There were 20 cases in the treatment group of respiratory tract infection,accounted for 58.82%.There were 29 cases with respiratory tract infections in the control group,accounted for 85.29%.There was significant difference between two groups,P0.05.There were seven cases with the number of respiratory infections ≥ 3 times in the treatment group,accounting for 20.59%,it was significantly lower than the control group of 11 cases(32.35%)(P0.05).Conclusion: The combination of Banlangen granules with Vitamin C in the prevention of respiratory infections can reduce the infection rate and times of lower respiratory infections in children,and the effect is obvious.
