对胃镜检查患者实施图片成像干预的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨图片成像干预对胃镜检查患者实施护理的临床效果。方法:选取50例胃镜检查患者,随机分为照组和试验组,其中对照组25例,给予常规护理;试验组25例,在对照组基础上采用图片成像进行护理干预。观察两组患者相关知识的掌握、操作时的配合程度、护士的解释时间、完成操作时间以及患者的满意率。结果:试验组实施干预后,患者相关知识的掌握、操作时的配合优于对照组(P<0.01),护士的解释时间与操作完成时间明显短于对照组(t=7.788/2.887,P<0.01),患者满意度明显提高(X2=4.73,P<0.05)。结论:图片成像干预有助于胃镜检查患者掌握相关疾病知识及操作时配合,利于操作的进行,提高护理质量。Objective：To investigate picture intervention on patients of gastroscopy.Methods：50 patients with gastroscopy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group.Control group used traditional nursing methods,experimental group were based on the use of picture intervention.To observe the degree of grasping relative knowledge,coordination during operation,the time of interpretation by nurse and completing operation,and level of satisfaction by patients.Results：After intervention in experimental group,the degree of grasping relative knowledge and coordination during operation were superior to another（P0.01）.The time of interpretation by nurse and completing operation was significantly shortened（t=7.788/2.887,P0.01）.The level of satisfaction by patients rose noticeably（X2=4.73,P0.05）.Conclusion：Picture intervention helps patients with gastroscopy to grasp relative knowledge for coordination during operation,which beneficial to manipulate and improve the quality of nursing.
