摘 要:通过SEM对PA6/OMMT纳米复合材料炭层残余物的形成过程进行了研究,以此来研究碳质炭渣与阻燃性能的关系。结果表明:PA6/OMMT纳米复合材料在燃烧过程中,逐渐形成了由皮层和蜂窝状的窝层构成的皮-窝炭层结构,皮层和窝层的骨架都是由纳米尺度的炭层片层组成的;皮层比较致密但较薄,隔气效果较好;窝层含有大量尺寸较大的空穴结构,隔气效果不如皮层,但整体上增大了炭层的体积,隔热效果较好;皮层和窝层的组合有很好的阻隔功能,对复合材料起到阻燃作用。SEM was used to study the carbon residues forming process of PA6/OMMT nanocomposites dur- ing cone calorimeter tests, so as to study the relationship of carbonaceous residue structure and the flame re- tardant properties. The results showed that the carbon residue gradually formed during PA6/OMMT nanocom- posites burning process,and it was composed of skin layer and cellular layer, skin layer and cellular layer were composed of nanometer scale carbon layer platelets. The skin layer was relatively dense and thin with better gas insulation effect,the cellular layer had a large number of large-size voids in structure, and it had less gas insula- tion effect than the skin layer,however,it enlarged significantly the volume of carbon residue of the nanoeom- posites to improve the heat insulation effect. It was considered that combination of the skin layer and the cellu- lar layer contributed to the heat and mass barrier effects of the carbon residue and the flame retardaney of PA6/ OMMT nanocomposites.
