摘 要:研究了三明药用植物金线莲中总氨基酸的超声波辅助提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,通过L9(34)正交实验确定最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶40(g∶mL)、超声波功率60W、提取温度60℃、提取2次、每次提取时间40min,在此条件下,总氨基酸的提取率达9.86%。该法具有简单、快速、高效、无需加热、提取率高等优点。The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total amino acids from Sanming medicinal plant Anoectochilus roxburghii was investigated. Based on single factor experiment, the optimum extraction condi- tions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows:ethanol volume fraction of 60%,solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 40(g · mL) ,ultrasonic power of 60 W,extraction temperature of 60 ℃ ,ultrasonic extraction of 9 times,each for 40 min. Under above conditions,the extraction rate of total amino acids was 9.86%. The method is simple, fast, efficient, without heating, and with high extraction rate.
