摘 要:无刷直流电机通常由硬开关PWM-BUCK电路提供电源,但是该电路具有开关损耗大,效率低等缺点,而软开关电路是解决这些问题的唯一途径。零电流转换脉冲调制电路(ZCT-PWM电路)具有工作频率高、效率高、电磁干扰小等优点,它可以实现零电流开关,适合应用在以IGBT为功率开关管的大功率电路控制系统中。本文介绍一种ZCT-PWM电路,从拓扑结构、仿真以及实验等方面来分析,验证了ZCT-PWM电路能使系统的输出效率提高,在无刷直流电机控制系统中具有重要应用价值。Brushless DC motor is usually supplied by hard-switching PWM-BUCK inverter, which normally has low efficiency since the power losses across the switching devices are high. In order to reduce the losses, many soft switching inverters have been designed. ZCT-PWM circuit has the merit of high switching frequen- cy, high efficiency and electro-magnetic interference (EMI) can be restrained. A ZCT-PWM circuit was in- troduced, formed circuit topology, simulation waveforms, switch loss and experiment to prove in this paper, The experiment shows that all switching devices in ZCT-PWM circuit are in better condition during the on-off process, which increases the output efficiency compared with the hard switch circuit. ZCT-PWM circuit has a important role in the brushless DC motor control system.
