摘 要:对比研究了新型电刷材料AP-2/MX215与AgPd50/MX215合金电刷在相同条件下的使用性能。利用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了工作不同时间后电刷和换向器的工作区形貌特征和成分变化情况。结果发现,AP-2/MX215电刷的耐磨性优于AgPd50/MX215电刷,前者贵金属层可以有效使用70H,后者只能达到50H;使用AP-2/MX215和Ag-Pd50/MX215电刷电机的失效时间分别为190H和110H,电机失效原因是电刷受到严重电弧侵蚀和断裂。The performance of two kinds of brushes made of AP-2/MX215 and AgPd50/MX215 in DC mi- cromotors were investigated. Morphology and composition of contacting zones on brushes and commutators which had been working for 50 H to 190 H were analyzed using scanning electron microscope and X-ray en- ergy dispersive spectrometer. It was shown that the wear-resistance of AP-2 was better than that of AgPdS0. The AP-2 layer has been working for 70 H, while the AgPdS0 layer has been working for 50 H. After that both layers disappeared. Because of serious arc erosion and brush fracture, the first failure occurred at 110 H and 190 H in micromotors with AgPdSO/MX215 brush and with AP-2/MX215 brush respectivelv.
