摘  要:通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及力学试验研究了0.21C-1.39Mn-0.19Si微合金膨胀管材组织γ+α两相区加热温度对钢显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:加热730℃时,组织中含有一些片状渗碳体,加热温度继续升高,铁素体晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,并弥散分布大量碳化物质点;随着加热温度的升高,微合金钢板材的屈服强度、抗拉强度和冲击韧性不断升高,伸长率和均匀延伸率不断降低,屈强比上升,最后趋于稳定。研究发现,加热温度为790℃时,0.21C-1.39Mn-0.19Si微合金试样具有最佳的综合性能。The effect of heating temperature in γ+α region on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the 0.21C- 1.39Mn-0.19Si microalloy steel was studied by OM,SEM and mechanical tests. The results showed that few of lamellar cementite are found when the heating temperature is at 730 ℃, the temperature continutes to rise, the ferrite grain size decreases gradually, and a large number disperse carbide are obtained. With the heating temperature increasing, the yield strength, tensile strength and charpy notch of the microalloy steel rise, total elongation and homogeneous elongation reduce, the ratio of yield strength increases and then tends to be stable. It found that the best comprehensive properties for the 0.21C- 1.39Mn-0.19Si microalloy steel will be received when the temperature is at 790℃.
