当代新疆农民思想的动态性表现及影响因素分析

摘　　要：根据451份有效问卷的统计和80个个案的分析,本研究在总结了新疆农民思想中的利益观念、民主意识、民族意识和合作机制等四个方面的思想状况后认为,新疆农民思想现实特点主要体现为网状链态势,具有二重性、差异性、小型性、隐形性及外发性和内生性的统一等方面。影响新疆农民思想的主要因素有历史遗留下来的思想传统、对农民思想引导工作重视程度、农村基层干部素质、引导方式方法和新疆乡村特殊的多民族、多宗教等。According to the analysis of 451 effective copies of questionnaire statistics and 80 cases, summing up the four aspects about Xinjiang farmers＇ ideas, such as interests concept, democratic consciousness, national consciousness and cooperation mechanism, this research is to believe that realistic features of Xinjiang farmers＇ ideas mainly reflect in the unitaryits of mesh distribution, duality, diversity, small-scale, outside-occurring con- ditions and endophytism. The main factors which affect the farmers＇ ideas are the historical tradition, the rec- ognition degree, the quality of rural grass-roots cadres, the guiding method and the multi ethnic and religious, and so on.
