摘　　要：目的对用脐部单孔腹腔镜技术治疗小儿急性阑尾炎的临床优缺点进行探讨。方法对于2009年6月至2011年12月期间我院收治的70例小儿急性阑尾炎患者的手术情况进行总结分析。结果 70例患者中,有68例患者顺利完成手术。结论该方法操作简单、创伤小等众多优点,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical merits and demerits of umbilical laparoscopic single-site technology in the treatment of child acute appendicitis. Methods The operation conditions of 70 child patients with acute appendicitis admitted in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2011 were analyzed. Results Among the 70 patients, 68 cases were successfully operated. Conclusion This method has many advantages such as easy to operate with little wound, which has high clinical value.
