羟苯磺酸钙治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察羟苯磺酸钙治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 76例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组36例,两组患者均口服氯雷他定、泼尼松、甘草酸二胺胶囊,治疗组在此基础上加服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,疗程14天。结果经1～2周的治疗并观察,治疗组治愈率和有效率均高于对照组,两组疗效差异有统计学意义。结论羟苯磺酸钙是治疗过敏性紫癜的有效药物。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Calcium Dobesilate on treating anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 76 cases of patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into 2 groups ： the control group （ n = 36） and the treatment group （n = 40）. Both groups were treated with Loratadine, prednisone, Diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules for 14 days, while the treatment group were prescribed with extra Calcium Dobesilate. Results After treatment and observation for 1-2 weeks, the cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group and there was statistically significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Calcium Dobesilate is an effective drug for the treatment of patients with anaphylactoid purpura.
