摘  要:在低速风洞上,采用扇形叶栅试验模型,试验验证了哈汽公司低展弦比大焓降静叶片的设计思想。试验结果表明,哈汽公司的设计理念是:沿全叶高采用类似"鱼头"的流线型叶型前缘,在不存在横向二次流动的叶展中部采用前加载叶型,在横向二次流强烈的叶栅两端采用后加载叶型,同时将两类叶型沿叶高采用尾缘正弯积迭。这样设计得到的大焓降静叶片气动性能优良,沿轴向流动损失呈直线型均匀增长,并对气流冲角有较强的适应性。The design idea for low aspect ratio high-loading stator blade of Harbin steam turbine company was investigated using the sector turbine cascades experiments through the low-speed wind tunnel test techniques. That idea was combination of the following thoughts : the leading edge using like fish head ~ streamline shape in whole blade height, the middle span with no transverse secondary flow based on the fore-loaded blade profile, the both ends with intensive transverse secondary flow based on the aft-loaded blade profile, and the two kinds of turbine blade profile stacked along the positively curved stacking line in the trailing edge. The test results show the large-enthalpy turbine blade based on above design idea with excellent aerodynamic performance. The flow loss along the axial direction appears linear growth, and the turbine cascades has strong adaptability of incidence angle.
