摘　　要：通过对北京地区某办公楼建筑的基本信息及用能情况进行实地调研,对空调系统、照明办公、动力设备等各项用电数据进行拆分统计,在此基础上结合现场实际情况对建筑提出节能改造建议。The basic information and energy consumption are investigated for one office building in Beijing, expounding the electricity data of air-conditioning system, lighting, office equipment and power equipment. With the basic statistic analysis, the energy suffwiency technology that suits for the office building is proposed as references and suggestions to improve the working environment and reduce energy consumption.
