冠心病介入术后患者吸烟状况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解冠心病介入术后患者吸烟状况。方法:采用上海公共卫生研究所设计的戒烟调查表,对109例一年前因冠心病行介入治疗,且介入治疗前为吸烟者进行问卷调查。结果:109例介入治疗术后的患者中有81例尝试戒烟,其中成功戒烟者39人,占戒烟者48.2%(39/81),占总例数的35.78%(39/109);复吸者42例,占戒烟者51.8%(42/81);仍在吸烟者70例(包括戒烟复吸者),占总例数的64.22%(70/109)。42例复吸者复吸原因:认为戒烟很痛苦36例(85.7%),疾病已好5例(11.9%),医师没强调,自己没认识吸烟危害1例(2.4%);复吸时间:介入术后3个月内40例(69.23%),6个月内20例(28.57%),9个月内10例(14.29%)。结论:冠心病介入术后患者仍吸烟者仍占很大比例,若戒烟有困难,建议药物辅助戒烟。Corresponding author： GUO Lan, E-mail： guolan1993@126, com Abstract： Objective： To investigate smoking status in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods： Smoking cessation questionnaire designed by Shanghai institute of public health was used to survey in 109 patients, who underwent PCI because of CHD a year ago and were smokers beforePCI. Results： There were 81 cases attempting smoking cessation in 109 patients after PCI, among 81 cases there were 39 succeeded ex-smokers, they occupied 48.2% of 81 cases attempting smoking cessation, 35. 78% of 109 total cases, and there were 42 relapsed, they occupied 51.8% of 81 cases attempting smoking cessation; There were 70 cases smoker still （including 42 relapsed cases）, they occupied 64.22% of 109 cases. The causes of relapse were： thinking smoking cession was very discomfort, occupied 85. 7% （36/42）, thinking the disease had recovered, oc- cupied 11.9% （5/42）, did not know the risk of smoking, occupied 2.4% （1/42）. Relapse time was within three months after PCI in 40 cases （69.23%）, six months in 20 cases （28. 57%）, nine months in 10 cases （14.29%）. Conclusion： There were many still smokers in patients with coronary artery disease one year after PCI, if they could not quit smoking, may suggest drug-assisted smoking cessation.
