摘 要:针对高压开关柜的温度在线监测问题,设计了一种基于红外传输的新型实时温度测量系统。该系统以数字温度传感器为温度测量元件,利用红外技术进行数据的传输,供电电源通过电流互感器从高压母线接线排处取得。对信号处理以及通信用发射电路采用微功耗、高精度的设计技术,使整个测量电路功耗小于5mW。实验结果表明该系统工作稳定可靠,具有功耗低、响应速度快、抗电磁干扰能力强等优点。A new temperature real-time monitoring system for high voltage switchgear based on infrared wireless trans- mission was designed, and the temperature was measured by digital temperature sensor. Power-supply was obtained from high voltage trunk by current transformer and the data was transmitted with infrared ray. By using a new method, power consumption of the system is smaller than 5mW. The experimental results indicate that the system can work with high stability and reliability, and it has low power consumption, quick response and enhanced anti-EMI capabilities.
