摘 要:IEEE 1138—2009电气公用设施电力线用光纤架空地线复合缆(OPGW)的试验和性能用标准相比94版新增了盐雾腐蚀试验。在按此标准进行试验时,发现国产盐雾试验机的收集液盐浓度只有2%~3%,而IEEE1138—2009标准要求应为4%~6%。产生这一结果的原因主要是国内关于盐雾试验机的制造、验收标准与盐雾试验方法的标准存在差异。为了保证试验的标准化和可重现性,对国产盐雾试验机进行了结构改造,改造后盐雾试验机的盐雾室各项技术指标可满足IEEE 1138—2009标准要求及各相关标准要求。The salt spray corrosion test,which was not covered by the IEEE 1138—1994,has been added to the IEEE 1138—2009 for testing and performance for optical ground wire(OPGW) for use on electric utility power lines.In our experiments based on the standard,we found that the salt concentration of the collected sprayed solution of domestic test machines is only 2%~3 %,and the IEEE 1138—2009 standard requirements is 4%~6%.That is caused by the difference between the standards applied to test machine examination and to salt spray test method.The structure of the domestic test machine was improved to guarantee the standardization and reproducibility of salt spray corrosion tests.The technical qualifications of the improved test machine and salt fog chamber satisfied the requirements of the IEEE 1138—2009 and other related requirements.
