摘　　要：在生产、生活中越来越多的产品要求可靠性指标,为此需要对产品进行可靠性测试.几何分布在测试产品寿命的研究中有着重要的运用,因此对几何分布的可靠性分析具有理论和实际应用价值.该文用k因子法讨论几何分布可靠度的置信限,在产品有历史数据和历史数据缺失的情况下分别求出几何分布可靠度置信下限的表达式,并用Matlab编程计算,该方法不但比传统方法计算简便而且计算结果精度高.The reliability of the products need to test because many products require the index of reliability in daily life.The geometric distribution has an important application in testing the life of products,so the analysis of the reliability of geometric distribution is valuable both in theory and practical.In this paper,the confidence limit of the reliability of the geometric distribution is discussed by k factor,the expression of the confidence limit is obtained under the historical data and lack of historical data of the products.The result with the matlab programming is simpler and preciser than traditional method.
