摘 要:为了建设粮食主产区与乡村社会经济发展相互协调的道路网,提出了乡村道路交通规划的理论体系,建立了不同于城市路网和干线公路网的乡村道路网规划方案量化评价指标体系.通过引入可持续发展的概念,把道路网络的交通功能目标、生态保护目标和资源有效利用目标联系起来.考虑到乡村道路数据的缺乏和粮食主产区乡村的特征,基于逻辑推理的方法提出了反映乡村道路网建设的通达性要求和生态功能的具体评价指标.In order to constructing the minor rural road network that coordinate with rural social eco- nomic development in the major grain producing areas, the rural road traffic planning theory system was put forward, the minor rural road network planning quantitative evaluation index system , which is different from city road network and mainline highway network, was established. By introducing the concept of sustainable development to the minor rural road network planning, traffic functional target, ecological protection objectives and resource efficient target were connected. Considering the lack of data of rural road and the country's characteristics of the major grain producing areas, based on logical reasoning method, the specific evaluation index, which reflects accessibility requirement of the rural road network and the ecological function, was proposed.
