摘  要:在对以往相关研究文献回顾的基础上,构建了零售企业竞争力综合评价指标体系,以山东省17个地级市的零售企业为研究对象,通过主成份因子分析法进行实证研究。结果表明,经营规模、效益水平、市场潜力、增长能力、财务能力是影响零售企业竞争力的主要因素,并据此对山东省各地市零售企业竞争力发展现状进行评价,提出了提升山东省零售企业竞争力的对策建议。On the basis of reviewing previous research literature this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of the competitiveness of retail enterprises. An empirical study using factor analysis on retail enterprises at 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province is conducted to find that the main factors that influence competitiveness of retail enterprises are the scale of operation, the level of efficiency, the market potential, the capaGity to grow and the financial ability. After working out the score of each single factor and the comprehensive grades of those 17 cities in Shandong Province, we evaluated the current situation of the competitiveness of retail enterprise and made suggestions for improving the competitiveness of retail enterprises in Shandong Province.
