125例慢性乙肝病毒携带者中医体质类型分布特征研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性乙肝病毒(HBV)携带者的中医体质类型分布及其特点。方法:依据临床流行病学的方法,采用中医体质量表在北京郊区的某社区医院对125例慢性HBV携带者开展调研。结果:125例慢性HBV携带者体质类型按照平和质、阳虚质、气郁质、湿热质、气虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、阴虚质和特禀质从高到低分布。60%人出现复合体质,复合体质出现的频率从高到低依次为湿热质、气虚质、气郁质、阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、阴虚质、平和质和特禀质。结论:该人群的体质类型相对复杂,阳虚、气郁和湿热质所占比重较大;多出现复合体质,体质易兼湿。Objective： To investigate the distribution and characteristics of TCM constitution of Chronic HBV carriers. Methods： According to epidemiological methods, 125 chronic HBV carriers in community hospitals in the suburbs of Beijing were investigated by the constitution in chinese medicine questionnaire （CCMQ） . Results： The constitutional types of the 125 samples from high to low rankings were Gentleness type, Yang-deficiency type, Qi-depression type, Wet-heat type, Qi-deficiency type, Phlegm-wetness type, Blood-stasis type, Yin-deficiency type and Special diathesis type. Sixty percent were multiple pathol- ogy constitution and the frequency of ranks from high to low were Wet-heat type, Qi-deficiency type, Qi-depression type, Yang- deficiency type, Phlegm-wetness type, Blood-stasis type, Yin-defieiency type, Gentleness type and Special diathesis type. Con- clusion ： The constitution types of chronic HBV carries are complex and the type of Yang-deficiency, Qi-depression and Wet-heat type are more than the others. Many people are multiple pathology constitution which is often appears with Wet-heat type.
