自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足和糖尿病皮肤慢性溃疡的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足和糖尿病皮肤慢性溃疡的临床疗效。方法 15例患者伤口局部经彻底清创清除坏死组织后,使用负压吸引器引流,再配合自体富血小板凝胶联合治疗。结果 15例患者经自体富血小板治疗后,12例痊愈,3例好转,创面愈合时间明显缩短。结论采用自体富血小板凝胶治疗糖尿病足和糖尿病皮肤慢性溃疡,伤口愈合时间明显缩短,无不良反应,是一种简单易行、安全有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and security of autologous platelet-rich gel （APG） in the treatment of diabetic foot and diabetic chronic ulcer. Methods 15 patients with diabetic foot and diabetic chronic ulcer were re- ceived routine debridement to remove necrotic tissue completely , and then received combined therapy with negative pressure aspi- rator drainage and APG. Results The wound healing rate of 12 patients was obviously improved after treatment with APG. 3 pa- tients were better than before. The wound healing time of all 15 patients was shortened obviously. Conclusion Topical therapy with APG may be considered as an effective and safe adjuvant method to treat diabetic foot and diabetic chronic ulcer, with signifi- candy shortened wound healing time and without obvious adverse reaction.
