摘　　要：目的观察咪唑斯汀联合沙利度胺治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效。方法收集门诊以及病房慢性特发性荨麻疹患者,采用病例随机分组,治疗组口服沙利度100mg/d,分2次口服,咪唑斯汀10mg/d,1次/d,对照组单独服用咪唑斯汀10mg/d,1次/d。两组疗程均为4周,疗程结束后,随访1个月评价。结果治疗组有效率为71.95%,对照组有效率为33.33%。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论咪唑斯汀联合沙利度胺治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效确切,不良反应低,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the curative effect of treating chronic idiopathic urticaria by mizolastine combined with thalidomide. Methods The treatment group received oral thalidomide 100 mg per day, and oral Mizolastine Sustained-release Tab- lets 10 mg per day; The control group was treated with mizolastine Sustained-release Tablets 10 mg per day. Results 1tie elective rate of treatment group was 71.95%. The efectlve rate of contiol group was 33. 33% ,P 〈0. 01. There were significant differences. Conclusion Mizolastine combined with thalidomide in the treatment to chronic idiopathic urticaria proved clinical curative effect well, with less side effects.
