前列地尔注射液对高龄慢性肾功能不全的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价前列地尔治疗高龄慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法对76例高龄糖尿病或/和高血压并发慢性肾功能不全患者按疾病种类随机分为前列地尔(凯时)治疗组及常规治疗对照组。观察治疗前后的24h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、肌酐的变化。结果治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组尿蛋白总量、血肌酐、尿素氮水平均显著降低(P均<0.05)。结论前列地尔可改善老年糖尿病及高血压并发慢性肾功能不全的肾功能。Objective To assess the clinical effects of Prostaglandin E1 on chronic renal insufficiency in the elder pa- tients. Methods According to the classification of diseases, 76 eider diabetie or/and hypertensive patients complicated with ehronie renal insufficieney were randomized to a group receiving Prostaglandin E1 （KaiShi） treatment as treatment group or a group receiving conventional treatment as control group. The changes of 24-hour urinary total protein content（ 24hr-UTPr）, and plasma BUN and Cr levels were observed. Results Compared with control group, treatment group had significantly greater de- clines in 24hr-UTPr content and plasma BUN and Cr levels in the eider patients with renal insufficiency （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 is good for the renal function of the eider patients complicated with chronic renal insufficiency related to diabe- tes and hypertension, which may delay the progression of renal insufficiency.
