舒康博G水凝胶敷料预防白血病患者PICC导管性静脉炎的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨舒康博G透明水凝胶在预防白血病患者PICC引起导管性静脉炎中的作用。方法选择46例患者使用舒康博G水凝胶敷料联合理疗进行预防处理,并与46例单纯使用理疗进行预防处理的患者比较,两组分别发生静脉炎的比率和程度,以及两组患者对治疗的方便程度主观评价。结果观察组发生静脉炎的比率为2.2%,显著低于对照组的17.4%(P<0.05),患者表示治疗方便的比率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒康博G透明水凝胶对预防白血病患者PICC引起导管性静脉炎的效果作用肯定,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the Shukangbo G hydrogel to prevent the with catheter phlebitis by PICC of leukemi- a. Methods 46 cases used Shukangbo G hydrogel dressing combined with physiotherapy for prevention catheter phlebitis and 46 cases only used physiotherapy, then compared the two groups with phlebitis rate and degree, and the treatment of the convenient degree of subjective evaluation. Results The observation group with phlebitis rate was 2.2%, it was significantly lower than con- trol group＇ 17.4% （P 〈 0. 05）, the convenient degree of subjective evaluation of the two groups had no difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Shukangbo G hydrogel to prevent the with catheter phlebitis by PICC of leukemia is effectly, so it is worthy of clinical application.
