经血宁胶囊对药物性流产大鼠子宫出血的止血作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究经血宁胶囊对大鼠药物性流产子宫出血的影响,并进行醇提物和水提物(原剂型)平行对比研究,探究两者止血作用的差异。方法:建立药物性流产大鼠子宫出血模型,观察经血宁胶囊对该模型大鼠子宫出血的影响;采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清前列腺素(PGF2a)及大鼠血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平。结果:经血宁胶囊可减少米非司酮+米索前列醇所致的药物性流产大鼠子宫出血的总量,用药组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),随着时间的推移每天子宫出血量逐渐减少,经血宁胶囊高、中、低剂量和原剂型组曲线下降幅度依次减小,说明经血宁胶囊减少子宫出血有较好的作用,而且醇提物优于原剂型。经血宁胶囊可增加药物性流产大鼠血清AngⅡ、PGF2a含量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:经血宁胶囊对药物性流产大鼠宫血有较好的止血作用,表明其止血作用机制之一可能与增加PGF2a和AngⅡ含量有关。Objective：To study the effect of Jingxuening Capsule on the bleeding after drug-induced abortion in rats, comparing the differences between ethanol and water extracts of Jingxuening Capsule. Methods ： To establish the metrorrhagia model in rats and observe the effects of Jingxuening Capsule on bleeding quantity after drug-induced abortion and uterus weight. The PGF2a and AngⅡ were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results ：Jingxuening Capsule can reduce the bleeding quantity af- ter drug-induced abortion compared with model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The bleeding quantity of treated group showed a decrease trend every day, the curve of ethanol extracts of Jingxuening Capsule high, middle and low dose groups and water extract group declined in an order,this result showed that the effect of ethanol extract of Jingxuening Capsule on reducing the bleeding quantity after drug-induced abortion was superior to former form. It can increase the serum levels of PGF2a and Ang 11. PGF2a and Ang 11 levels of Jingxuening group were signifieandy higher than that of model group i P 〈 O. 05, P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion ： Jingxuening Capsule had better hemostatic effect on the bleeding after drug-induced abortion in rats, and can improve the levels of PGF2a and Ang II in drug-induced abortion rats,which may be one of the mechanism of hemostatic effect.
