大学创业文化的功能及建设路径探析

摘　　要：大学创业文化建设对创业教育具有重要的作用和影响,它能培养学生自发创业的意识,磨练学生良好的创业品质,提高学生的创业实践能力。可通过弘扬崇尚创业的精神文化、拓展支撑创业的物质文化、打造保障创业的制度文化、规范创业的行为文化等途径,实施创业教育加强创业文化主渠道的建设,在建设创业文化的过程中拓展创业教育。The entrepreneurial culture development has important roles and influence in university entrepreneurship education. It can train students＇ consciousness of voluntarily establishing a business, cultivate them with excellent business quality and improve their ability of entrepreneurial practice. It is possible to carry out entrepreneurship education strengthening the development of the main channel for the entrepreneurial culture in the following ways： promoting the spiritual culture for advocating entrepreneurship; expanding the material culture for supporting entrepreneurship; creating system euhure for ensuring entrepreneurship and behavioral culture for regulating entrepreneurship, etc. Entrepreneurship education is expanded in the process of developing entrepreneurship culture.
