门诊癌性疼痛患者硫酸吗啡缓释片取药间隔时间合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院门诊癌性疼痛患者硫酸吗啡缓释片取药间隔时间,查找问题,促进合理用药。方法:以门诊癌性疼痛患者使用硫酸吗啡缓释片取药次数≥2以上为条件,遴选2005年11月—2010年12月《麻醉药品、第一类精神药品门诊专用病历》174份,统计多次取药间隔时间、剂量滴定情况及随访记录进行分析。结果:提前取药7例,占4.02%;按时取药17例,占9.77%;推迟取药150例,占86.21%。结论:门诊癌性疼痛患者因取药间隔时间不同,硫酸吗啡缓释片的使用存在不合理现象。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the time interval for prescription filling of morphine sulphate susutained release tablets for cancerous pain in outpatients of our hospital so as to promote the rational drug use.METHODS：With the prescription filling times of morphine sulphate sustained release tablets（analgesics） ≥2 as condition,a total of 174 the ＂outpatient medical records for narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of first category＂ were collected for statistical analysis with regard to the time interval for prescription filling and dosage administered by i.v drip infusion and the records on follow-up visit：RESULTS：The prescription was filled ahead of schedule in 7 cases（4.02%）,on schedule in 17（9.77%） and behind schedule in 150（86.21%）.CONCLUSION：The use of morphine sulphate sustained release tablets was irrational in that there were differences in the time interval for prescription filling.
