摘　　要：目的:了解苏州大学附属常熟医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般情况。方法:运用描述统计学的方法,对我院2011年收集到的261例ADR报告进行整理、分析。结果:在261例报告中,男性141例(占54.02%);<10岁者为99例(占37.93%);涉及ADR的药品共79种,抗菌药物居首位(34种,占58.62%),其次为中成药(9种,占16.48%);静脉注射引发的ADR为239例次,占91.57%;ADR可发生于人体各个器官和(或)系统,但主要为变态反应,以皮肤及其附件损害最常见,为205例次,占76.78%;以一般或常见的ADR为主;引发ADR例次数排序前3位的药品是热毒宁注射液、头孢匹胺和头孢地秦。结论:患者年龄、用药种类、给药途径等可能是ADR的影响因素;应加强ADR监测及相关知识的宣传,降低ADR的发生率,提高临床合理用药水平。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the characteristics and general condition of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） in Changshu Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University.METHODS：261 ADR case reports collected in our hospital in 2011 were analyzed by using descriptive statistics.RESULTS：Among the 261 ADR cases,141（54.02%） were male;99（37.93%） aged below 10 years;a total of 79 drugs were involved in the ADR,with antibiotics topping the list（58.62%）,followed by Chinese traditional medicines（16.48%）;239（91.57%） were induced by intravenous injection.ADR might occur in different organs and（or） systems,presented mainly as allergic reactions,mostly in skin and its appendants [205 cases（76.78%）].Most of the ADR cases were general or common type.Leading the first three places in terms of number of ADR cases were Reduning injection,cefpiramide and cefodizime.CONCLUSION：The ADR might be associated with patients＇ age,drug types and route of administration.It is necessary to strengthen ADR monitoring and publicity of ADR-related knowledge to lower the incidence of ADR and improve clinical rational drug use level.
