摘　　要：目的:了解2008—2011年我院住院患者中药注射剂应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2008—2011年我院住院患者中药注射剂销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及排序比(B/A)进行统计分析。结果:我院住院患者中药注射剂的使用基本稳定,以理血剂为主,清热剂的使用逐年增长。结论:中药注射剂在临床使用广泛,应严格辨证施治,并加强用药监测。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the inpatients of our hospital during 2008-2011 period for clinical reference of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.METHODS：We retrospectively analyzed the consumption sum,DDDs,defined daily cost（DDC） and order ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine injections in the inpatients of our hospital during 2008-2011 period.RESULTS：The use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the inpatients of our hospital was stable on the whole,with blood regulating agents and antipyretic agents showing year on year increase in consumption sum.CONCLUSION：Traditional Chinese medicine injections are widely used in clinic.It should be emphasized to determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs in clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections and tighten monitoring on the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
