摘  要:分别采用紫外荧光法及微库仑法测定标准样品及生物柴油的总硫含量,并对两种方法在回收率、准确度及精密度等方面进行对比分析,分析结果表明两者均满足标准检测要求,但紫外荧光法在准确度及精密度上优于微库仑法,且紫外荧光法更环保,更高效。With the development of the Petroleum and Chemical industry,more attention was paid to environmental protection,such as the limitation of the sulfur content of petroleum products and some organic compounds.Determining the sulfur content of Standard samples and Biodiesel by UV fluorescence method and microcoulometry was proposed in the paper.The recovery,accuracy and precision of the UV fluorescence method were compared with the microcoulometry.The Analysis results show that both of them met the requirements of standards,but UV fluorescence was better than microcoulometry in the accuracy and precision,and UV fluorescence method was more environmental protection,more efficient.
