香港中医师内地临床进修组织管理的实践与思考

摘　　要：由于香港回归祖国后中医药事业的发展需要,香港中医师来沪临床进修的学员逐渐增多。香港中医师的院校教育和执业特点与内地中医师有一定差异,因而与内地中医师相比有不同的进修需求。在对香港中医师内地临床进修的组织管理工作中,应主动了解香港中医师临床进修的需求和特点,采取多种有效的带教方式,有针对性地安排进修计划,帮助他们达到临床进修的目的,更好地促进香港中医药事业的发展。Due to the developmental demands of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in Hongkong after its return to the mainland, we have accepted and organized the Hongkong TCM doctors＇ clinical training in Shanghai. In texans of the TCM education and characteristics of profession, there are certain differences between Hongkong and the mainland, including the demands of TCM clinical training. We suggest to understand the Hongkong TCM doctors＇ demands in clinical training and actively an＇ange the clinical training programs for achieving their training objectives in order to better the development of Chinese medicine in Hongkong.
