摘　　要：盈科中心二期住宅与配套结构平面呈"L"形,立面开洞形成高位转换结构,属于超限高层建筑。通过结构构件的合理布置,转换结构采用SRC构件,设定合理的抗震性能目标,对结构在小震、中震、大震作用下进行深入分析,以满足结构"三个水准设防、两阶段设计"的抗震设防要求。Residences and subsidiary structures ofyingke Center II, which has L shape in fiat and is a high-position transfer structure for openings in facade, belong to out of codes high-rise buildings. The structural elements arc rationally arranged, SRC components arc adopted in the transfer structure, and the goal of seismic performance is also determined. Structure performances under different levels of earthquakes arc analyzed, and the analysis results meet the seismic prccautionaryrcquiremcnts of the three level fortification criterion, two stage design method.
