摘  要:通过对不同类型表面活性剂的研究,筛选了4种试剂,通过复配得到了具有超低表面张力和界面张力的破乳助排剂,并且按照用户要求,对其密度、凝固点、破乳率及其配伍性进行了改进,最终形成了具有优异的破乳助排效果的表面活性剂体系,而且其价格低廉,在同类产品中具有优越的性能。通过实验测得:表面张力为25.6mN/m,界面张力为0.8mN/m,凝固点<-35℃,破乳率≥96%,配伍性≥100mPa·s。Four kinds of reagents were screened by studying different types of surfactants, an demulsion cleanup a- gent with low surface tension and low interfacial tension are obtained with mixeding. In accordance with the requirements for its density, freezing point, emulsion-breaking rate and compatibility, some experiments were made and at last a sur- face active solution with excellent demulsification cleanup effect was obtained, and especially for its low price in similar products, with superior bihaviour. Measured by experiment: surface tension of 25.6mN / m, interfacial tension 0. 8mN / m, freezing point 〈-30℃, emulsion-breaking rate of ≥ 96% , compatibility ≥ 100mPa · s.
