摘 要:提出了一种针对电气二次设备的风险量化评估体系和方法。该体系应用风险评估基础理论、可靠性理论和全生命周期理论,针对电气二次设备自身特点提出并建立了失效模型;将状态评价与风险评估工作有机结合,建立基于二次设备状态评价系统的风险量化评估模型;同时根据各量化模型的数据结构,设计了风险量化评估体系中各关键技术的工作机制。该评估体系目前已应用于广东电网二次设备风险评估工作中,使得电网运行风险管理由表面、定性评价向精细化、量化方向转化,为开展电气二次设备风险控制工作提供了科学依据。A system of risk assessment for secondary equipments of power system was proposed in this paper. Based on the characteristics of secondary, equipment, a failure model was established by using the theory of risk assessment, reliability and full life cycle and a quantitative risk assessment model was established by combining status evaluation with risk assessment. A working mechanism was designed for quantitative risk assessment according to the data structure of the quantitative models. The proposed assessment system has been applied to the secondary equipment risk assessment of Guangdong power grid, which makes the power grid operation risk management change from superficial and qualitative assessment to elaborate and quantitative assessment. The assessment resuhs provided a scientific basis for risk control management of secondary equipment.
