摘　　要：简析洪广祥教授"治肺不远温"学术观点在辨治支气管扩张中的应用。认为本病的治疗本于温补,涤痰祛瘀重在温化,缓急防变宜早用宣散,郁而化热者宜温清并用。并举验案1则以说明。This paper briefly analyzes the application of Professor Hong guangxiang＇ s academic view ＂pulmonary treatment not far from warming＂ in syndrome differentiation and treatment of bronehiectasis. It is proposed to search for the primary cause of disease in treatment, and it is suggested that the key of removing phlegm and blood stasis is warm dissipation, dispersing is important to relieve emergency and prevent exacerbation, and to treat gloominess and turn heat, warming and heat-clearing methods should be used simuhaneously. One proved case is presented.
