过氧乙酸对消化内镜消毒效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究过氧乙酸对医院临床消化内镜实际消毒效果及其安全性。方法通过现场抽样细菌培养方法和浓度检测方法,对使用过氧乙酸标准浓度溶液浸泡消毒消化内镜的实际效果进行了监测和评价。结果在消化内镜全浸泡手工式洗消中,应用过氧乙酸消毒≥5 min可取得良好的消毒效果。在48 h内,过氧乙酸溶液的消毒循环可最多达到85个循环,其浓度可维持在≥1 000 mg/L的有效浓度,使用时间较长。结论过氧乙酸符合消化内镜快速高水平消毒的要求。Objective To study the actual disinfection efficacy and safety of the standard concentration of peracetic acid solution for endoscopy in the clinical application. Method Field sampling, bacterial culture and concentration detection were used to evaluate tile actual disinfection effect of digestive endoscopy immersed in the peracetic acid. Result In the hand -decontamination with full immersion, the application of peracetic acid disinfectant ≥5 minutes can reach good disin- fection effect. Within 48 hours, the concentration of peracetic acid can maintain at the effective concentration （≥ 1 000 mg/L）, and the disinfection cycle is up to 85 cycles. Conclusion Peracetic acid can meet the requirements of rapid high -level disinfection for digestive endoscopy.
