摘 要:目的观察不同净化消毒方法对手术室空气的净化效果,为手术室动态空气质量控制提供参考。方法采用空气微生物采样器和尘埃粒子监测仪,对某市部分医院手术室层流洁净技术、循环风空气净化技术和紫外线消毒技术净化效果进行比较监测。结果层流洁净法和循环风净化消毒机净化运行60 min,对手术室空气中浮游菌和尘埃粒子净化效果分别达到万级和十万级洁净标准;紫外线照射60 min仅使空气中浮游菌数≤200 cfu/m3。工作人员进入30 min后,手术室空气洁净级别均下降。结论 3种消毒洁净方法对手术室空气洁净效果以层流洁净法最好,紫外线照射消毒不适合手术室空气洁净处理。Objective To observe air purify effect of different methods, in order to provide reference for quality control. Methods Air microorganism sampler and suspended particle collector were used to compare the disinfection efficacy Lami- nar folw purification, cirde wind air cleaness and ultraviolet disinfection. Results When purifying - sterilizing machine and laminar flow were running for 60 minutes, cleaning room could maintained 100 000 level of cleanliness for suspended bacte- rial and particle. Ultraviolet disinfection for 60 minutes only made suspended bacterial decline to 200 cfu/m3. The cleanli- ness of operation room always decline after medical personnel came in for 30 min. Conclusion Laminar flow purification technique was the best method for air cleanliness in operation room, and ultraviolet disinfection method was not suitable for air disinfection in operation.
