两种消毒剂对消化内镜现场消毒效果的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较过氧乙酸与酸性氧化电位水(EOW)对消化内镜的实际消毒效果。方法通过现场使用过程评估和抽样检测方法,评价两种化学消毒剂对消化内镜消毒效果和使用可操作性。结果经手工方式清洗,分别用含量2 300 mg/L过氧乙酸标准液与酸性氧化电位水原液浸泡作用3 min。用过氧乙酸溶液消毒消化内镜,消毒效果合格率为95.46%;用酸性氧化电位水消毒消化内镜,消毒效果合格率为100%。结论用过氧乙酸和酸性氧化电位水清洗消毒消化内镜均可取得快速有效的消毒效果,但酸性氧化电位水无刺激性且腐蚀性轻。Objective To compare the disinfection effect of peracetic acid and acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water（EOW） for digestive endoscopy.Methods The sampling survey on-site was used to evaluate efficacy and maneuverability of the two disinfectants for digestive endoscopy.Results After cleaned with the hand-decontamination,the digestive endoscopy was fully immerged in a content of 2 300 mg/L standard solution of peracetic acid or EOW for 3min.The qualified rate of digestive endoscopy disinfected with peracetic acid solution was 95.46% while that with EOW was 100%.Conclusion Both peracetic acid and EOW have rapid and efficient disinfection effect on digestive endoscopy.While the EOW is non-irritating and less corrosive.
