摘 要:目的观察3种消毒方法对空调循环冷却水中嗜肺军团杆菌的消毒效果。方法通过模拟现场消毒试验和现场消毒试验方法,对三种消毒方法杀灭嗜肺军团杆菌的效果进行了观察。结果在模拟现场条件下,用30mg/L的二氧化氯作用45 min,对冷却塔水中嗜肺军团杆菌的杀灭率达99.98%;紫外线/镍网/二氧化钛光催化反应器运行90 min,对该细菌杀灭率达99.99%;0.4 mg/L铜离子与0.04 mg/L银离子以及0.3 mg/L有效氯协同作用45 min,对该细菌杀灭率为99.99%。在现场处理条件下,用上述3种方法分别处理12~48 h,空调冷却水中未检出嗜肺军团杆菌;在间隔2周后,冷却塔水中重新检出嗜肺军团杆菌。结论上述3种消毒方法在模拟现场和现场消毒试验中,均可在不同时间内有效杀灭冷却塔水中嗜肺军团杆菌。Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of 3 methods on Legionella in central air-conditioning cooling water.Methods Laboratory simulated field test and disinfection field test were used to observe the disinfection efficacy of 3 different methods on Legionella.Results In simulated field test condition,the killing rate of Legionella exposed to 30mg/L chlorine dioxide for 45min was 99.98%,that exposed to UV/nickel-net/TiO2 photocatalytic reactor for 90min was 99.99%.The killing rate of Legionella exposed to 0.4mg/L copper ions and 0.04 mg/L sliver ions coordinated with 0.3mg/L chlorine for 45min was 99.99%.In field test condition,Legionella was not detected by treatment for 12 h^48 h with the 3 methods.Legionella was detected again after disinfection with these 3 methods for 14 d.Conclusion In simulated field test and disinfection field test,all the 3 different methods have good disinfection efficacy at different time on Legionella in central air-conditioning cooling water.
