摘　　要：目的了解廊坊市医疗废物管理现状,找出安全隐患,建立有效监管体系。方法通过现场检查和问卷调查方法,对廊坊市医疗废物管理情况进行调查。结果有79.41%的乡镇卫生院和69.51%的个体医疗机构采取自行焚烧方式处置医疗废物。在负责处理医疗废弃物的人员自身防护方面,使用防护用品者占41.66%,只有34.71%的人做过岗前体检,有44.8%的人接种过相关疫苗。普通居民对医疗废弃物的危害性和管理情况基本不了解。结论基层医疗机构医疗废物处置工作存在一定安全隐患,需要培训医疗废弃物处理法规知识,加强监管力度。Objective To understand the status of medical waste management of Langfang and to find out safety problems so as to set up effective monitoring system.Methods Inspection on the scene and questionnaires investigation were used to investigate the medical waste management in Langfang city.Results 79.41% of the medical institutions in small towns and 69.51% of individual medical institutions handled the medical waste with incineration method.Among persons responsible for medical waste treatment,41.66% of them used protective articles,34.71% of them had done health examination before work,44.8% of them had vaccinated related vaccines.The ordinary residents knew few about the dangers and management of medical waste.Conclusion The disposal of medical waste in basic medical institutions exists problems.The regulation consciousness of medical waste disposal should be popularized and management should be strengthened.
