摘　　要：目的了解医务人员手卫生质量状况,提高手卫生执行率。方法利用ATP生物荧光法,对上海市某区部分医疗机构临床医务人员手卫生质量进行了监测。结果共抽检142人次,平均RLU值为91.55,医务人员手卫生质量总合格率为69.01%。手卫生质量合格率以护士最高,其次是医生和护工。内、外科医务人员手卫生质量合格率差异无统计学意义。结论上海某区医疗机构医务人员手卫生质量合格率偏低,应加强医务人员手卫生管理。Objective To know the status of medical personnel＇s hands hygiene and to improve hand hygiene implementation rate.Methods ATP bioluminescence technique was used to monitor medical personnel＇s hand hygiene quality in a district of Shanghai.Results The average RLU value of 142 samples was 91.55,the average qualified rate was 69.01%.Qualified rate of nurse was the highest,followed by doctors and care workers.The qualified rate of medical staff of internal medicine and surgery had not statistically significant difference.Conclusion Hygienic quality of hands of medical personnel in medical institutions,especially primary health care institutions,in a district of Shanghai is low.Hospitals should strengthen the medical personnel＇s hygiene management.
