摘　　要：本文针对电子政务视频会议中的双机热备问题,提出了MCU双机热备和终端双机热备的技术应用分析,探讨其在视频会议中主工作设备出现故障时,能够在规定的时间内自动切换、信号平滑,充分保证会议的高可靠性。Based on video conference hot standby problem, put forward MCU hot standby and terminal hot standby technology application analysis, discuss its main work in video conference equipment failure, can within the time stipulated in the automatic switching, smoothing, and fully guarantee the high reliability.
