摘 要:介绍了超声波自动探伤控制装置的组成结构、检测原理、实施方案以及在油气输送埋弧焊接钢管(以下简称油气输送钢管)行业应用状况。该装置采用单元化和模块化结构设计,保证了控制信号和回波信号的稳定提取以及连续自动化探伤的准确性和高效率,具有自动化程度高、运行节拍快的特点以及良好的兼容性、通用性,提高了超声波自动探伤的准确性和可靠性,并做到误判率小于2%,漏检率为0,实践证明可满足油气输送钢管超声波自动探伤的生产要求。In this article, the construction structure, inspection theory and performing scheme of ultrasonic automatic flaw detection control device, and its application in oil and gas pipeline submerged arc welded steel pipe industry are introduced. It uses design of modular and modulation structures, thus ensuring the stable extraction of the control signal and the echo signal, and maintaining continuous automatic flaw detection accuracy and efficiency. So the developed device is characteristic of a high degree of automation, fast running speed, good compatibility and versatility, thus improving ultrasonic automatic flaw detection accuracy and reliability, and achieving misinformation rate of less than 2%, fail to report rate near to O. Relevant operation shows that it can meet the requirements of oil and gas pipeline submerged arc welded steel pipe automatic ultrasonic flaw detection of production requirements.
