摘　　要：从两岸农产品贸易需求出发,综合分析两岸动植物疫情疫病状况、管理体系以及疫情疫病传播风险对两岸农产品贸易的影响,从市场准入、进出口检疫把关等方面有针对性提出了相应的对策措施。Based on the requirements of agricultural products trade between the Taiwan District and mainland, this paper compares and analyzes the status of animal diseases and plant pests, the management system and the related quarantine problems. It has laid an emphasis on the impact of the spread of animal diseases and plant pests across Taiwan Strait. Accordingly, it put forward the policy and proposal including market-access, entry and exit quar-antine and information notification.
