摘　　要：通过对REACH法规中相关条款解读,讨论了REACH法规对再制造产业发展的影响,探讨了再制造企业在REACH法规下需要遵守的义务,提出了加强技术体系研究和再制造过程中重点需要关注的物质和对象,对我国再制造产业的健康发展和再制造产品走向世界具有重要意义。Remanufacturing is an important way for China＇ s sustainable development m economy. By interpreung the relevant provisions in REACH Regulation, the impact of the REACH Regulation on the remanufacturing indus-try was discussed, and the obligations which remanufactured products should comply with are investigated. It fol-lowed that both strengthening the investigation of technical system and attaching importance to the important materi-al and object during re - manufacturing process have significance on the healthy development of China＇s manufactur-ing industry and the internationalization of re - manufactured products.
