摘 要:目的了解临床指导教师对护理硕士专业学位研究生培养认知情况和具备的教学核心能力,为临床指导教师的选拔、培训及临床教学质量监控提供依据。方法对66名护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师进行问卷调查。调查内容包括教师基本情况、对护理硕士专业学位研究生培养认知及其教学核心能力3部分。结果临床指导教师有本科学历45名(68.18%).仅7名(10.61%)有研究生指导经历,普遍对护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养缺乏认识。教师核心能力自评总分(120.55±7.37)分,其中专业能力(4.47±0.34)分,领导能力(4.01±0.22)分,解决问题的能力(3.89±0.30)分,教育教学能力(3.65±0.23)分;得分最高条目内容是评估和处理病人情况的能力(4.44±0.56)分,得分最低的条目内容是科研能力(3.29±0.89)分结论护理硕士专业学位研究生临床指导教师普遍缺乏研究生指导经验,对研究生培养认识不够深入,有一定的教学核心能力,但教育教学能力和科研能力较弱。应加强临床指导教师培训,使其掌握护理硕士专业学位研究生的教学目标、内容和方法,提高其教学核心能力。Objective To learn about the culturing cognition and teaching core capabilities of clinical advisers for nursing specialty graduate students,and to provide evidence for selecting and training clinical advisers,and for clinical teaching quality monitoring.Methods A questionnaire survey was completed among 66 clinical advisers for nursing specialty graduate students. The questionnaire survey contained the following three sections;basic condition,culturing cogniton of the nursing specialty graduate students,self-evaluation of teaching core capabilities.Self—evaluation of teaching core capabilities was measured by the Clinical Nursing Teachers Core Capabilities Graphic Rating Scale.Results Forty-five advisors were at undergraduate educational level(68.18%),and 7 of them(10.61%) had ever guided graduate nursing students.They generally knew little about the culturing of nursing specialty graduate students.The self evaluation total score for core capabilities was 120.55±7.37, containing professional capability(4.47±0.34).leadership capability(4.01±0.22),problem solving capability(3.89±0.30) and education teaching capability(3.65±0.23).The highest scored item was the capability to assess and handle patients' condition(4.44±0.56). The lowest scored item was the capability to do scientific research(3.29±0.89).Conclusion Clinical advisers for nursing specialty graduate students were universally short of graduate students guiding experience,and knew little about the culturing. Those advisors were prepared for core teaching competency in some extent but were feeble at scientific research.It is suggested to provide the clinical advisors more training on teaching cognition for graduate students and improve their competency to perform scientific research.
