护理学专业学生对乳腺肿瘤根治术中无瘤技术认知的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解在手术室实习的护理学专业学生对乳腺肿瘤根治术中无瘤技术的理解和接受情况。方法采用自设问卷,对116名在手术室实习5周的护理学专业学生进行问卷调查。结果学生对"术中活检相对有瘤区铺单的用途""根治性手术前更换所有物品的目的""处理手术中标本的方法""灭菌蒸馏水冲洗的意义"的知识和技能掌握相对较好,达到75.0%以上;对"无瘤技术的概念""无瘤技术的目的""乳腺肿瘤活检切除的首选方法""肿瘤细胞在术中种植播散的途径"等理论知识掌握较差,不足50.0%。结论学生对无瘤技术理论及相关知识缺乏足够的理解,学校和实习医院应加强对学生无瘤技术方面的教育,提高学生对该技术的认知和重视。Objective To assess the cognition of nursing students on tumor-free technique for breast cancer surgery. Methods A self-designed questionnaire including the relevant knowledge of tumor-free technique was used in this survey. Totally 116 nursing students who had a period of five weeks practice in operating room completed this questionnaire. Results Above 75% of the 116 students got well understanding on the four aspects：the purpose of relative tumor draping intraoperative biopsy,the purpose of replacing all items before radical surgery,methods to dispose specimens in surgery,and the significance of surgical field flushing with sterilized distilled water. On the other hand,more than 50% of those students got poor understanding on the other four aspects：the concept of tumor-free technique,the purpose of tumor-free technique,the preferred method of breast biopsy excision ,and the way cultivation spread of tumor cells during surgery. Conclusion The cognition on tumor-free technique for breast cancer surgery is poor in nursing students
