喷硼对单胚采种甜菜种子发芽率的影响初报

摘　　要：试验结果表明:在40～80 mg/kg硼砂溶液范围内随着溶液浓度的增大,单胚采种甜菜种子发芽率可提高2.33%～4.66%,生产实践中可以选择在种株现蕾时和初花时各喷施1次80 mg/kg硼砂溶液,来提高单胚采种甜菜的种子发芽率。The test results showed that： 1） the seed germination percentage of monogerm seed sugarbeet was increased by 2.33% - 4.66% when sprayed 40 - 80 mg/kg borax solution; 2） the application of spraying 80 mg/ kg borax solution could improve the seed germination percentage of monogerm seed sugarbeet at the beginning of budding and flowering stages.
