摘 要:为了研究刀具多刃参与切削加工过程中两相邻直线切削刃的过渡圆弧处磨损过于严重的原因,从而提出减少圆弧刃的磨损程度的改善措施。利用有限元软件Deform-3D,以滚刀三维模型为例,通过合理简化有限元模型,分析了多切削刃切削过程中切屑的流动状态及压强和热力场。仿真结果表明:造成多切削刃刀具圆弧刃磨损严重的最主要原因是该处散热差,热积累严重;增加圆弧刃半径和给刀具添加特定涂层可以改善该处散热,减小圆弧刃磨损。该研究结果对多切削刃刀具的设计和制造有一定指导意义。The reasons of excessive wear at the corner radius of tool in cutting processes with multi-flank chip formation were studied in the paper. Deform-3D of the finite element analysis software was em- ployed to analyze the chip flow ,pressure and temperature using three-dimensional model of the hob as an example during the FEA process that have been simplified reasonably. The main reason of its special wear is the bad heat-dissipating condition at the corner radius of tool. Two reducing wear ways of increas- ing the radius of circular cutting edge and using particular coating were put forward, which have proved by the result of simulation. The research results have guiding significance for design and manufacturing of multi-flank chip formation tool.
