芪苈强心胶囊辅治慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价芪苈强心胶囊与传统药物相结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法将95例慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为2组:观察组48例,在常规药物治疗的基础上加用芪苈苈强心胶囊1.2g口服,每日3次,观察4周;对照组47例,只接受常规药物治疗。观察2组患者治疗后临床疗效、心电图疗效,心脏彩色超声指标(LVEDD、LVEF、SV)及安全性指标等。结果临床症状疗效:观察组显效率、总有效率分别为62.5%和85.4%,均高于对照组的53.2%和74.5%(P<0.05);心电图疗效:观察组显效率、总有效率分别为54.2%和81.2%,均高于对照组的42.6%和72.4%(P<0.05);观察组心脏超声指标(LVEDD、LVEF、SV)均明显改善,对照组仅LVEF、SV有改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组均无不良反应。结论苠苈强心胶囊辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病心力衰竭临床疗效、心电图疗效好,可以进一步改善心功能,且无明显不良反应。Objective To assess the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in combination with conventional treatment on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.Methods 95 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into two groups;observation group（48 cases）,receiving conventional drug therapy plus Qiliqiangxin capsule 1.2g three times daily oral administration of 4 weeks;control group（47 cases）,receiving only conventional drug treatment.The clinical improvement of symptoms and electrocardiogram,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and safety index before and after treatment were observed.Results Clinical evaluation;62.5%of markedly effective and 85.4%of total efficiency in observation group,53.2%of markedly effective and 74.5%of total efficiency in control group; ECG evaluation;54.2%of markedly effective and 81.2%of total efficiency in observation group,42.6%of markedly effective and 72.4%of total efficiency in control group;heart function were significantly improved in observation group and with no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion For patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure,Qiliqiangxin capsule with existing therapy is oi better improvement on symptoms and electrocardiogram,has better effect on improving left ventricular ejection fraction with no obvious side effects.,
