摘　　要：堵煤开关是电厂输煤皮带设备上的一个重要保护元件,用来实现输煤皮带设备在导料槽、落煤筒等处出现煤流不畅、造成堵塞情况下的安全保护设备,其性能和安装方式,极大地影响着堵煤开关的可靠使用,进而影响到设备的安全运行。本文以输煤皮带设备常用的几种堵煤开关为探讨对象,研究堵煤开关使用和安装方式的合理性,达到保障输煤皮带设备安全运行的目的。Blocking coal switch is an important protective component of coal handling belt equipment in the power generation plant, and it is safety protection device to solve the blockage by poor coal flow in guide chute, the coal drop tube, etc on the coal handling belt equipment . The reliable use of blocking coal switch greatly depends on its performance and installation , thereby affecting the safe operation of the equipment . In this paper, the purpose of ensuring safety run of the coal handling belt equipment is achieved by exploring several kinds of commonly used block coal switches on the coal handling belt equipment and researching rationality of their use and installation.
